No referral is needed to book a general appointment. If you have a chronic condition and a GP Management Plan (Team Care Arrangement), you may be eligible for Medicare-rebated visits with a referral from your doctor — ask your GP if you think this applies to you.

Please bring any relevant referral letters, a list of current medications, your Medicare and private health insurance cards, any relevant x-rays or scan images, any existing custom orthotics you may already have, and, if relevant, the shoes you wear most often for daily activity or exercise.

Patients with a GP Management Plan (Team Care Arrangement) for a chronic condition may be eligible for a Medicare rebate on podiatry visits, up to a capped number of allied health visits per calendar year. Please note we do not offer bulk billing, payment is required at the time of your appointment, and any eligible Medicare rebate is processed afterward.
